　　現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時是英語中的一種常用時態(tài)，其結(jié)構(gòu)為am/is/are+v-ing，用法如下：

　　1.表示現(xiàn)在(說話的瞬間)正在進(jìn)行或發(fā)生的動作。

　　We’re having an English class now. 我們正在上英語課。

　　I haven’t accepted his suggestion yet. I’m still considering it.

　　我還沒有接受他的建議，我正在考慮呢。

　　2.現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時與頻度副詞always，constantly，continually等連用，表示夸獎，埋怨等感情色彩，并不強調(diào)動作正在進(jìn)行。

　　You are always doing well. 你總是干得很不錯。

　　(帶夸獎的口吻，稱贊對方一貫的表現(xiàn))

　　She was always coming late. 她總是很晚才回家。

　　(帶埋怨情緒，指責(zé)某人的一貫行徑)

　　3.表示當(dāng)前一段時間內(nèi)的活動或現(xiàn)階段正在進(jìn)行的動作，說話時并不一定進(jìn)行。

　　The Chinese people are building socialism.

　　中國人民正在建設(shè)社會主義。

　　Is my daughter working hard this term? 我女兒這學(xué)期學(xué)習(xí)努力嗎?

　　也可表示一個變化過程

　　It is getting warmer and warmer in spring.

　　春天，天氣越來越暖和了。

　　She is finding that chemistry is much more difficult than biology.

　　她逐漸感到化學(xué)比生物難多了。

　　4.現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時表示最近計劃或安排要進(jìn)行的動作，多用于個人計劃，打算。常用于這種用法的動詞有g(shù)o，come，leave，start，begin，arrive，return，take off等。

　　We are leaving for Beijing next Monday. 下星期一我們要去北京。

　　——Hurry up，Tom. 快點，湯姆。

　　——I’m coming. 我馬上來。

　　此外，在時間和條件狀語從句中也可用現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時表示將來的情況。

　　If he is still sleeping，don’t wake him up.

　　如果他還在睡覺，不要叫醒他。

　　Don’t mention this when you are talking with him.

　　你和他談話時不要提這件事。

　　注意它的特殊用法：

　　(1)可用來表示剛剛發(fā)生的動作。

　　Is that Mr. White speaking? 是懷特先生嗎?(電話用語)

　　(2)可用來表示任何時間都可能在進(jìn)行的動作。

　　You look lovely when you are smiling. 你笑時很可愛。
